We are seeking volunteers (families, adults & youth) after each mass on the weekend of Saturday, April 18th and Sunday, April 19th, 2026 to distribute grocery bags for the Our Lady of Rosary (OLR) Food Drive.
Location:
- Volunteers will report to the Stewardship Center at the designated time, pick up a stack of grocery bags and stand at one of two locations to distribute the collection bags. A list of requested items will be attached to each bag.
- Locations for distribution (2 volunteers at each location): (1) outside the Stewardship Center and (2) just inside the main church entrance to the breezeway.
Special Notes:
- Volunteers should be at their assigned location prior to the end of mass, preferably before communion ends in order to distribute grocery bags to parishioners who leave mass early.
- This is family friendly event. However, children (<18 y.o.) must be accompanied by a parent/adult.
- There are 4 volunteer opportunities per mass; each sign-up slot represents one individual who will distribute the bags (young children may accompany adults).
- The number showing on sign-up screen represents unfilled slots; when capacity is reached, no number appears.
