Description

Our parish is in need of 4 volunteers to help run our "Water Stations" at our upcoming Service Sunday Event. Each volunteer will be responsible for their own table, involving a watering can & call-to-action flag sticks.

Volunteers will assist participants with watering their planting cups, as well as hand out "call-to-action flag sticks". These flags will encourage parishioners to share the fruits of their home herb garden with a neighbor and teach them how to start their own.

---

"Growing Herbs as Sisters and Brothers" is the second of three Service Sundays in our Lenten Justice and Peace Series geared towards all ages.

In this second event, we invite you to answer the call to Care for God’s Creation by planting herbs to grow and share with your neighbors.

Location

  • Fellowship Hall, located within Clare Hall (letter [J] in the orange building of this campus map).

Special Notes

  • Participants will not be watering their own planting cups.
