Join members of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church and Benson Memorial United Methodist Church, along with congregants of other houses of worship, in a peaceful witness on Thursday, May 25th, at 4:00 p.m. on Creedmoor Road in Raleigh.
This event commemorates the death of George Floyd three years ago. We also remember the many other Black
sisters and brothers whose lives have been unjustly taken.
Our faith teaches us about the dignity of all human life. We are standing up and speaking
out that we value and support Black lives, and that we will keep advocating for racial equity
and the elimination of systemic racism.
