Weekday Volunteer Receptionist

Description

The volunteer weekday receptionist is the first person a parishioner or guest interacts with at the Parish offices.  These volunteers welcome and offer hospitality.  They also answer all the phone calls from the main parish line and direct the calls to the correct staff member.  This role is essential to the daily operations of the Parish.  The volunteer receptionists have two opportunities a day: the morning shift from 9:00 am-12:30 pm and the afternoon shift from 12:30 pm-4:00 pm Monday thru Thursday.  Fridays 9-12
