Catholics for Abolition in North Carolina will again be standing outside Central Prison in solidarity, with those on Death Row in North Carolina, in 27 other states, and with those around the world, from 4:30 to 6:00 pm in honor of the 21st Anniversary of World Day Against the Death Penalty!

Schedule of CANC Event:
4:30 – Recitation of the Rosary (near the train trestle) with Deacon Josh
5:00 – Peaceful Protest – Bring a Sign Commemorating WDADP and/or Express your Opposition!
5:30 – Divine Mercy Chaplet (said for the souls of those executed at Central Prison)
6:00 – Closing Thoughts by Margaret Toman, long-time Monday Demonstrator outside Central Prison
