Finding the Drop off Location: 

When you come to St. Francis via the main drive off of Leesville Rd, after the 3rd speed bump, turn left into the half-circle portico (by the mailbox). Park there, turn your car off but keep your flashers on so everyone knows you are making a quick stop. When you enter Clare Hall, turn left and right near the bathrooms on your left is the Feed the Need closet. Place the refrigerated items in the LEFT MOST refrigerator.

Donate at least 8 Foil pans to bake chicken in. Approximate size of 11 3/4  x 9 3/8  x 5/16 inches.  If you have access to BJs/Costco/Sams, We can take bulk items and we will store the rest for future meals.

This is mainly for the Ministry Leaders to sign up for their shifts. If there is interest in being a back up Coordinator, please let me know. 

Responsibilities for the backup Coordinator would include: 
* Picking up donations at church to deliver to RMH on the day of the meal

* Prepare and cook meal and then package them for the families at RMH

The Ministry Leaders will work with you to get the RMH supply bin to you and will manage St Francis Serves, necessary emails and maintaining of supplies. Thank you!

Must be at least 13 years old and accompanied by a parent/guardian when volunteering.

We understand things can happen last minute. If you have any cold or flu like symptoms or are unable to come for your shift, please reach out to the ministry leader so we can try and fill the volunteer spots if needed.
